About Michel Golitzinsky

Michel enjoyed different assignments that spanned a 36 year career at Kodak Canada Inc. including, professional imaging, amateur imaging, digital imaging, motion picture technical sales, manager of Kodak’s Worldwide Student & Emerging Filmmakers Program and Canadian Sales Manager Cinema Post Production. He has broad experience in the motion picture industry with traditional as well as digital production and post production work flows. He has extensive international experience in the film industry, both in traditional and digital production as well as in the exploitation of technical services.

He is a "Fellow" of the SMPTE and has occupied the following functions throughout his career: SMPTE "chair" of the laboratory section, President of the Advisory Committee for "Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema" at Concordia University and chair of the cinema technology committee for the Standards Council of Canada.
